How far would you go to ensure you die with a smile on your face? For Maria, an elderly widow with Alzheimer's, the answer was simple. Hire your own hit man. Fru and Warwick have been married for 33 years and have three children,  They have written Dead Happy for the past five years and had great fun writing it.
